INTREC was engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) arrangement to deliver three WABi modular two-bedroom homes at UNSW’s Fowlers Gap Research Station, a 39,000-hectare arid-zone facility 112 km north of Broken Hill.
The project included site preparation, landscaping, and installation of underground services, as well as upgraded electrical infrastructure to support the homestead, new dwellings, and future solar capacity.
This project upgrade end of life structures with new sustainable accommodation, supporting national and international research activities in the arid zone.
