INTREC successfully delivered a major upgrade to Bundoora Secondary College, transforming the school’s campus with new facilities and modernised infrastructure.
Central to the project was the construction of a contemporary single-storey Science Block, designed with specialised labs and integrated safety features to support modern teaching needs.
The existing Administration Building underwent significant demolition and refurbishment, resulting in reconfigured office spaces, an upgraded reception area, and improved staff facilities. Infrastructure across the campus was also enhanced, including updates to live communications rooms to meet current standards.
To complement the internal improvements, the project included extensive landscaping to create a more engaging and functional outdoor environment. New seating areas, pergolas, and green spaces were added to improve the overall school’s campus experience. Sustainability was a key focus throughout, with features such as rainwater harvesting systems incorporated into the design.
