Ventia were seeking an experienced head contractor to undertake the refurbishment of their existing office at 10 Browning Street, West End.
Works consisted of demolition of internal walls to create an open plan workspace, utilise natural light and encourage team collaboration. Creation of multiple functional spaces including a new central cafe and town hall area, tech bar, gym, quiet rooms, informal collaboration spacea and a new concierge desk.
The project was deliverd within the condensed programme with high-quality finishes achieved successfully. Ventira was exceptionally happy with the project and its outcomes.
