Major challenges for delivering this project included the tight programme, fabrication of joinery and steel materials, coordination of specified materials for purchase from interstate and overseas and the implementation of COVID-19 control measures on site.
INTREC kept in close communication with ARM Architecture and all other stakeholders to obtain specified materials and find alternatives when specified materials were not availale within the delivery time-frame.
INTREC purchased many materials for the project directly and arranged air freight when required. This included AV equipment from Leyard, China. The various wallpaper patterns were sourced from interstate, the United Kingdom, United States and the Netherlands.
The entire project stakeholder group were pleased with the end product, and are excited to utilise their new space. The final product resulted in a functional workplace with decorative finishes and outstanding user group amenities.
