Following the successful delivery of the lobby refurbishment, INTREC was engaged by Shayher Group to deliver a new premium End of Trip (EOT) facility at 140 Elizabeth Street. Forming part of the owner’s continued investment in upgrading the building, the project converted existing basement car parking into a modern, high-quality amenity designed to support active transport, improve tenant wellbeing and enhance the overall workplace experience.

The project involved the complete construction and fitout of a new End of Trip facility within the existing basement carpark. The facility included premium amenities with showers, lockers, polished plaster, feature stone finishes, bespoke joinery and high-quality tiling consistent with the architectural finishes delivered within the building lobby. Additional works included standalone lockers, bike storage with an integrated bicycle repair station, security swipe access, new hydraulic, mechanical and electrical services, relocation of accessible parking bays, water bottle refill stations with integrated joinery and informal seating areas, together with all associated finishes and fitout works.
