INTREC delivered a full refurbishment of the Lyric Theatre at Queensland Performing Arts Centre. The project included a full upgrade of theatre seating, flooring, stair layouts, and finishes, enhancing patron comfort and safety while maintaining the venue’s architectural character.
Delivered in just 8 weeks, the team successfully navigated design changes, long-lead materials, and a live site environment through detailed planning and coordination.
