INTREC worked alongside Artazan Property Group and Davenport Campbell & Partners to deliver the new KPMG Australian Services office fit out in Wollongong. A vital responsibility when carrying out this project was for INTREC to engage the service consultants, Evolved Engineering to complete a detailed management of the design and installation for all services (excluding AV and security) and to coordinate the furniture and AV contractors procured by KPMG. INTREC worked directly with KPMG’s IT department to ensure there were adequate provisions for the KPMG AV and IT requirements included in INTREC’s service design. The project consisted of a new meeting room, reception area, collaborative work spaces for staff and KPMG clients.
The project also featured a kitchen with town hall facility opening up into the boardroom through the use of operable walls. INTREC was able to successfully deliver this space applying all the clients design needs and facilitating future proofing space requirements to create a long term office space for KPMG’s presence in Wollongong.
