The Kids Club Childcare Centre is a prototype centre combining the minimalism and simplicity of a corporate environment with the practicality and function of a childcare centre. Located within a flagship Dexus owned building, this fitout was a challenging project involving full services installation, stringent compliance requirements and a high level of finish to match the corporate environment.
Over a 12 week program, INTREC created an internal space of over 350m2 and an external space of over 500m2. Features include cot rooms, a commercial kitchen, laundry, three themed activity rooms, multiple child toilet and change rooms, soft fall areas, running tracks, synthetic grass play areas, craft areas and reception / admin facilities.
Specialist services include RGB LED Lighting systems throughout, new reverse cycled air-conditioning independently controlled to each area, extensive hydraulic works, fire engineered solution to wet and dry fire systems and finger scan access control system for security.
This was one of our more challenging projects for 2016 and a trophy of the interiors industry.
