INTREC were engaged by Cabrini Property to reconfigure their Old Day Oncology Department at Cabrini Malvern into a new Cancer Institute and Exercise & Wellness Research Centre, with the aim to support cancer research and patient rehabilitation in the community.
The works included a new Gymnasium rehabilitation space, office administration spaces, patient consulting and interview rooms, patient and family waiting area, education spaces, pharmacy office, and the refurbishment of the existing sanitary and kitchen facilities.
During the project, our team provided alternative solutions onsite to offer the Client cost savings, while maintaining the design intent, quality and integrity of the refurbishment. The project was delivered successfully within programme to a high-quality finish, much to the satisfaction of the Client.
