Engaged by CBRE on behalf of RMIT University, INTREC Victoria recently completed refurbishment works over three levels at RMIT University’s College of Business alongside BKK Architects. As one of the largest business schools in the Asia Pacific region, the College of Business attracts over 31,000 students annually. This refurbishment transformed the buildings existing classrooms into an integrated administrative and learning hub, to support the Universities tailored training initiatives.
Bespoke joinery was a key feature of this project, which was designed and assembled for the kitchen and reception areas to compliment the existing scheme within the building. INTREC worked over three levels within the live environment, successfully controlling noise throughout the duration of the works.
