INTREC was engaged by Lead Architects to deliver the fitout of Pacific Life Re’s new Sydney office located in the AMP Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney’s CBD.
The 600m2 tenancy included breakout spaces, meeting rooms, offices and open-plan workspaces. Our team was tasked with the installation of detailed joinery, timber doors and glazing jambs as well as new supplementary mechanical units.
Fitout works included new floor finishes, joinery, installing furniture, as well as wall, ceiling and acoustic linings and painting finishes. Our team was required to complete fire services upgrades.
The Quay Quarter Tower was only recently completed, meaning multiple fitouts on different floors were being undertaken at the same time as INTREC’s work.
The already occupied floors below and above meant particular attention was placed on ensuring noise works were restricted and the everyday operations of the Quay Quarter Tower were not disrupted.
