INTREC was engaged by RPS, on behalf of International Grammar School (IGS), to deliver a new Kindergarten and Year 1 Centre across Levels 1 and 2 of the Wright Building.
This project involved the comprehensive fitout of a new, modern classroom space, an outdoor play area, and the installation of an interconnecting stair and slide between Level 01 and Level 02. The scope began with the demolition of the existing space back to the cold shell.
Works included new acoustic linings, partitions, operable walls, high-quality joinery, and upgrades to all key building services. Additional enhancements featured new wet areas, upgraded toilet facilities, window openings, and tailored AV systems and furniture.
A standout feature is the external slide, offering students a fun and direct connection to the outdoor garden.
