INTREC completed refurbishment works as well as a travellator and lift upgrade at the Pines Shopping Centre in Doncaster East, Victoria.
Working with Lead Architects and Bonacci Group, INTREC were engaged on a Design and Construct basis, carrying the works out over 37 weeks within the Centre’s undercroft carpark.
The scale and detail required to undertake the project on schedule meant extensive out-of-hours works, including running a 24-hour site for over three weeks. The complex demolition and structural upgrades utilised robotic demolition equipment within the existing spaces, to make way for the newly installed equipment.
