The project focused on meeting Stadiums Queensland’s requirements for sport fixtures security and technological functionality, emphasising a heavily service-based approach.
Scope of works involved the refurbishment of the broadcast production suites and the forward control room. The project included a significant IT upgrade to improve the stadium’s capabilities in monitoring security at events, as well as broadcast facilities for the NRL season.
Project risks encompassed aligning production suite delivery schedules to avoid conflicts with the upcoming NRL season and other events.
