INTREC QLD proudly delivered a Wellness Centre at the Ashmore Gardens Care Community.
This project was successfully delivered on time within the 13 week programme.
The scope of works included the conversion and infill of an unused hydrotherapy pool into a new Wellness Centre for residents to enjoy. The team also delivered a range of treatment rooms for the Opal community, along with a PWD & large Gym.
INTREC are proud to have successfully overseen the Design Management process, and to have exceeded the clients expectations. This phase of the Opal Gardens Care Community was delivered to budget despite the unpredictable shutdowns due to COVID 19.
