INTREC were engaged by Maryvale Private Hospital to deliver complex multi-staged construction and refurbishment within a live hospital.
The project consists of three new Operating Theatres, a new Central Sterile Supply Department, 19 new patient recovery bays, a new nurse station, the installation of Reverse Osmosis systems, an extension to the Hospital secure parking and the construction of a new fire ring main supplied by two 90,000L water tanks.

Installation of medical pendants. Regional project management. Commissioning of hospital equipment.
INTREC’s successful onsite management ensured the early scope of works was performed without disrupting the hospital’s daily activity. These activities included the construction of temporary access roads, various crane lifts, 158m3 of concrete poured, and non-destructive civil digging.
