INTREC was engaged by Maryvale Private Hospital to deliver complex multi-staged construction and refurbishment within a live hospital.
The project consists of three new Operating Theatres, a new Central Sterile Supply Department, 19 new patient recovery bays, a new nurse station, the installation of Reverse Osmosis systems, an extension to the Hospital secure parking and the construction of a new fire ring main supplied by two 90,000L water tanks.
