INTREC has been appointed by Australian Venue Co to deliver refurbishment works for the Berserker Tavern.
Australian Venue Co. owns and operates over 200 unique pubs, bars, and event spaces across Australia, offering diverse hospitality experiences in cities, suburbs, and regional towns.
The scope of works for this project involved the complete refurbishment of the venue. Key upgrades included the modernisation of the commercial kitchen, ensuring it met the latest operational and safety standards, and the transformtion of the outdoor beer garden with the addition of a dedicated children’s play area and increased seating capacity to enhance patron comfort.
INTREC utilised our in-depth understanding of structural requirements in cyclone-prone regions to install a new cyclone-rated roof structure.
Throughout the project, INTREC effectively managed the complexities of working within a live environment, where minimising disruption was critical. With the venue only permitted to shut down for a four-day period, our team coordinated works meticulously ensuring a smooth execution without compromising the safety and experience of patrons or staff.
Drawing on decades of experience in similar high-stakes projects, INTREC successfully navigate the challenges of time constraints, safety requirements, and operational continuity.
