INTREC was engaged to design and construct the fitout and ancillary works for converting a vacant warehouse in Picton into a storage facility.
The scope included installing a mezzanine, a hoist, fire compartments, and the fit-out of approximately 200 individual storage units for lease.
In addition to the main fitout, the project also encompassed a 2,000m² reroof, upgrades to hydrant systems, compliance improvements, and aesthetic enhancements to the warehouse exterior.
