Delivery of a staged refurbishment at Holmesglen TAFE’s Moorabbin campus to transform existing teaching and administration spaces into functional learning and workplace environments.

Stage 1 involved of the construction of a workplace environment incorporating a new staff and student interface space, a suite of private and shared offices, open workstation areas, a new meeting room, open administration workspaces, quiet rooms, breakout and collaboration spaces, and a new staff kitchen. Stage 2 involved the construction of a new student workshop space, including a concierge area and a large workshop space, upgrades to the adjoining corridor, and the integration of the new workshop space with existing classrooms and computer learning spaces. The project also included the upgrade and integration of building services, comprising of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and security systems, together with new joinery, internal finishes, signage, graphics, workstations, furniture and FF&E.
