Refurbishment of the Q3 Office to create a more engaging and functional workplace that encourages staff to return after working from home. The scope includes new spaces for team gatherings and briefings, improved video-conferencing rooms and quiet rooms to support focused work, and upgraded meeting rooms to accommodate client interactions both in person and online. The design also includes refreshed finishes throughout the office and the refurbishment of amenities used by staff and by visitors attending conferences and training sessions.

Works include new flooring, additional meeting rooms, upgraded amenities and kitchen, and custom joinery such as tiered seating, acoustic battens, planters, and cabinetry. Lighting will be upgraded with festoon and pendant fixtures, alongside improved collaboration spaces. Fire, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services will be updated, and new glazing will be installed to external windows.
