INTREC worked with GrayPuksand, Venko Design, Erbas Consultants and Wood & Grieve Engineers (now Stantec) to undertake refurbishment works at Caulfield Grammar School Wheelers Hill Campus, transforming it into a place for creativity and innovation. With the outcome of the project dictated by aesthetic measures, INTREC was able to offer fit for purpose alternatives to achieve practical building methodologies, while maintaining the required look and feel of the design. INTREC was also able to overcome major programme restraints, completing the works before the end of the school holidays. This Library and Lecture Theatre will encourage independence, creativity, collaboration and success.
