INTREC was appointed by Open Architecture Studio to refurbish the Easts Leagues Club’s function room & exterior deck. The venue, owned and operated by Easts Leagues Club, provides facilities and services to its members and the broader community.

The scope of works for the project included renovating the function room, creating a new side entrance and constructing a DDA compliant access ramp.

The function space underwent a complete refurbishment. The updates included painting, replacing the carpet, and fitting the bar with a brand new marble surface. Our team also renovated the function kitchen, which involved refreshing the walls and replacing all stainless steel elements to support the typical kitchen operations.
