The scope of works involved the refurbishment of an old BMA floor to suit the needs of Mitsubishi Development, with particular emphasis
on the Reception & Break Out spaces.

The mechanical works included the relocation of VAV’s to suit the revised tenancy layout and the installation of an additional supplementary unit to services the increased demands of the communications room. All works commissioned to NEBB standards. The fitout included detailed joinery consisting of timber batten screening with acoustic backing was installed to the reception walls & the new
reception desk. A bespoke sliding door system comprising of unique aluminium extrusions & toughened glass panels were installed to the
meeting rooms. Graphic film to the glazing, walls & ceilings was incorporated into the design.

Being in one of the premier buildings in Brisbane, Riparian Plaza, there were very strict restrictions on noise. This building comprises both commercial office space & residential apartments. The project was completed within an extremely tight program of 5 weeks.
