The GenesisCare Radiation Oncology Centre involved the design and construction of a new 630 m² specialist healthcare facility within the operational St Vincent’s Hospital precinct in Werribee, including associated base building, civil, and landscaping works. The completed facility expands radiation oncology services for the region.

Design and construction of a new Radiation Oncology Centre, including a reinforced concrete LINAC bunker, CT room, treatment areas, consultation rooms, clinical support spaces, and reception. Delivery and integration of specialist building services, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, fire, medical gases, ICT, security, CCTV, access control, and nurse call systems. Associated civil works, in-ground services, hardscaping, and landscaping. Testing, commissioning, and validation of all building services and specialist healthcare systems.
