Refurbishment of a 120-year-old, state-heritage-listed building into a functioning pharmacy. The single-storey, double-brick structure with a timber-trussed roof underwent a careful refurbishment that respected the existing fabric while creating a modern, compliant space suitable for its new use.

Key works include selective demolition, external brick remediation, internal lime render, full interior refurbishment, an amenities extension, and enclosing the existing entryway. External works comprise minor civil and structural tasks such as pipe relining, tree removal, garden retaining walls, air drains, and new paths. The project also includes an electrical upgrade linking the building to the site substation, involving trenching, cable installation, reinstatement of surfaces, and removal of spoil.
