Working on different project sub-typologies within the Aged Care sector can be a different challenge, and our team fully understand the different approaches required. Working on a RACF project involves a delicate balance between achieving a homely feel whilst addressing the high care needs of memory care residents and those with cognitive and visual impairments.
When working on an Assisted or Independent living project, the focus will shift to the product that the Client endeavours to offer, which may involve home automation to provide residents cutting edge technology in a modern-day retirement living environment. Our ability to translate this from an idea or Client brief to a design and then a built product is pivotal to the success of each project we undertake.
Through the delivery of some of INTREC’s most complex projects, we have worked with Aged Care Clients such as Opal HealthCare, Estia Health, Emmy Monash Aged Care and Calvary Care to deliver safe, functional, and modern environments that respond to Clients’ needs.
