As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience – ideally with a strong background in the health and education sectors to join our team and drive exceptional project delivery.

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager at INTREC, you will be accountable for delivering projects valued from $1M to $25M, leading your team through every stage of the project lifecycle. You will:

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to defect liability and handover
  • Ensure compliance with building specifications, contractual obligations, and quality standards
  • Implement and maintain robust project delivery systems, including construction programs, tender processes, contract negotiation, and subcontractor management
  • Lead financial management, budget tracking, and WHS&E compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve organisational goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant degree or certification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in project management, with a proven record of delivering commercial construction, fitout, and refurbishment projects
  • Experience in health and education sectors highly desirable
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of safety principles, construction specifications, and buildability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
