The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial construction and refurbishment projects valued between $1M and $20M.
You’ll take full ownership from pre-construction through to handover – leading teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction to defects and handover
  • Oversee programming, procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, contractual obligations, and safety standards
  • Drive financial performance, including cost control and forecasting
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You

  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering commercial construction or refurbishment projects
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of WHS, drawings, and buildability
  • Proven leadership capability with a focus on team performance
