Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in commercial construction, working alongside experienced Project Managers and Contracts Administrators on a diverse range of projects while developing your technical and commercial skills.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project cost management and procurement processes
  • Coordinating and maintaining project documentation
  • Supporting the preparation, negotiation and administration of subcontract packages
  • Assisting with contract progress claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
  • Supporting project financial tracking and forecasting
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Providing day-to-day project administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Contracts Administrator or similar within commercial construction
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
