We are excited to offer a cadetship to a final-year student or recent graduate of Construction Management (or similar) to join our talented and growing commercial fit-out, refurbishment and construction management team. With 28 years of experience across Australia, INTREC continues to deliver outstanding service and project excellence.

A clear pathway – starting on site

Your cadetship will begin with a 6-month rotation in Site Supervision, working closely with an experienced Site Manager. This first rotation gives you essential, hands-on exposure to how projects are delivered, how sites operate, and what effective coordination and safety management looks like on the ground.

After the initial 6 months, you will rotate through other areas of the business, giving you a well-rounded foundation for your future career. These rotations include:

  • Estimating
  • Contracts Administration
  • Site Coordination & Safety
  • And other key business functions

The skills we need from you

  • Final-year student or recent graduate of a construction-related degree
  • Focused, enthusiastic, passionate and driven
  • Confident using MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Open to learning and taking on challenges
  • Strong communication skills
  • Construction experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week
