Our Community and Leisure portfolio includes the successful delivery of 24 Fitness First refurbishment projects across Australia and the refurbishment of numerous Surf Clubs, Aquatic Centres, Stadiums and Pavilions, Changerooms and End of Trip facilities. Often undertaken in a live environment with high stakeholder engagement such as Local Council or State Government, INTREC approaches Community and Leisure projects with the goal of creating a space that is contemporary, safe, and sustainable. We partner with Government and private enterprises to achieve the design intent which considers functionality, community and longevity.
