The project involved the colocation of modular data centres on an existing solar farm in the Port Wakefield SA region. Our engineering team designed the 2MW substation for the 33kV high voltage connection including integration with the solar energy system. Included in the commissioning process was the testing of the energy management system that ensures maximum utilisation of the solar supply and monitoring of grid supply and pricing in real time.
