We’re seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process for tenders, expressions of interest, and other proposals. You’ll play a critical role in the growth and success of our organisation, helping to produce high-quality submissions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the tender process from initial enquiry to final submission.
- Assist in developing bid content and ensure adherence to disciplined bid processes.
- Proofread, edit, and write documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission.
- Ensure all written communications are precise, detailed, and professionally formatted.
- Coordinate with the Pre-construction, Estimating, and Management teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Ensure all activities align with INTREC’s policies, processes, and procedures.
- Be an integral part of our National Business Development and Marketing team.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks for State Management.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to stay organised and level-headed under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.
- A commitment to a high-performance culture and collaborative teamwork.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
