Site Manager at INTREC

  • Lead and take full ownership of high-value projects from site setup through to final handover and defect resolution
  • Ensure safety is embedded in every aspect of site operations, maintaining compliance with Workplace Health & Safety standards
  • Coordinate, mentor, and manage trades, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient delivery across multiple projects
  • Drive project delivery on time and within scope by collaborating closely with Project, Construction, and Building Managers
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Skills & experience we need:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M+ for a head contractor
  • Proven leadership of large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Civil or sports field project experience is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams while building strong client and consultant relationships
  • Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Hammertech
  • Strategic, proactive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
