Project Administrator at INTREC

This position is suited to a highly organised, self-driven and friendly person who will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day Accounts Administration duties as required.

• Management of incoming claims and invoices from our suppliers and sub-contractors
• Accurate and timely data entry of supplier/sub-contractor invoices into system
• Communication with our CA’s and PM’s to identify exceptions
• Communication with our sub-contractors to manage reissue requests
• Build relationship with Finance team, work together to improve processes, and communicate changes to the wider team
• Assist with ad hoc needs of Accounts team
• Perform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems, and procedures

The skills we need

• 3-5 years experience in administration, data entry or accounting/ finance roles would be highly desirable
• Prior experience working in the construction industry is essential
• MS Office competency
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Commitment to contributing to a high performing team and culture
