Graduate Accountant at INTREC
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and gain exposure across multiple areas of accounting—particularly Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Payroll/ Business Analyst, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
- Assist with a range of accounting processes, including Month-end closing, General journal entries & Payment processing
- Support the monthly tracking of project costs
- Maintain accurate records, including the BG register
- Perform bank reconciliations and contribute to month-end account reconciliations
- Provide admin and accounting support for ad hoc tasks and projects
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve financial queries
- Offer relief support across various functions within the Group Finance team
The skills we need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role (e.g. internship or part-time position would be highly desirable)
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability
