Accounts Administrator at INTREC
This position is suited to a highly organised, self-driven and friendly person who will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day Accounts Administration duties as required.
- Management of incoming claims and invoices from our suppliers and sub-contractors
- Accurate and timely data entry of supplier/sub-contractor invoices into system
- Communication with our CA’s and PM’s to identify exceptions
- Communication with our sub-contractors to manage reissue requests
- Build relationship with Finance team, work together to improve processes, and communicate changes to the wider team
- Assist with ad hoc needs of Accounts team
- Perform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems, and procedures
The skills we need
- Experience in administration, data entry or accounting/ finance roles is essential
- Prior experience working in the construction industry is highly desirable
- MS Office competency
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Commitment to contributing to a high performing team and culture
