The Holmesglen Victorian Tunnelling Centre was featured as a finalist in the fifth season of Australia By Design: Architecture
The Victoria Tunnelling Centre (VTC) is an Australian-first, providing Holmesglen with a state-of-the-art facility to educate and skill thousands of students in underground construction and tunnelling. The project involved the construction, installation, and commissioning of two full-sized replica tunnels within the new Centre, created to the exact specifications used by Melbourne’s Metro Tunnel.
