Junior Site Supervisor at INTREC
You will work closely with an experienced Site Manager to support the smooth delivery of projects. This is a hands-on, development-focused role designed to build your capability and provide a clear pathway toward a future Site Manager career. This role would suit:
- A Construction Management graduate looking to establish a long-term career in Site Management, or
- A Leading Hand or tradesperson ready to step off the tools and transition into supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with site setup through to defect rectification
- Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining onsite safety and WHS compliance
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors under supervision
- Maintaining accurate daily site records and progress reports
- Assisting with defect management and project closeout
- Participating in toolbox talks and promoting a positive safety culture
- Learning about project scopes, programming, cost control, and contract requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management or similar) or trade background
- 2+ years’ experience on construction sites (commercial projects advantageous)
- Strong commitment to safety and WHS best practice
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Additional tickets highly regarded (First Aid, CPR, Working at Heights, Fire Warden, EWP, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A proactive, reliable, and career-driven mindset
