Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor, you will work closely with an experienced Site Manager to support the smooth delivery of projects. This is a hands-on role providing exposure to all aspects of site management, with a focus on learning and developing your skills for a future Site Manager career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with all site activities from setup through to defect rectification
- Support the Site Manager in maintaining onsite safety and WHS compliance
- Help coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site employees
- Maintain accurate daily site records and progress reports
- Support defect management and project closeout
- Participate in toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
- Learn about project scopes, contracts, and timeframes under guidance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a construction environment
- Relevant tertiary, trade, or safety qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working on commercial construction projects
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore or HammerTech is a plus
- Positive attitude, commitment, and willingness to take on new challenges

Salary range: 75,000 – $90,000 plus super
