Site Manager at INTREC
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Manage all aspects of site activity from establishment through to defect rectification
- Take ownership of onsite safety and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
- Maintain a detailed understanding of project scopes, contracts and timeframes
- Coordinate all trades, induct and manage subcontractors and site employees
- Participate in reviews with Construction and Building Managers
- Keep accurate records of daily site activities
- Manage and close out all defects
- Lead effective toolbox talks and foster a positive safety culture
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, leadership and team-building skills
- Previous experience delivering health fitout and refurbishment projects to $5M (highly desirable)
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Relevant tertiary, trade and safety qualifications
- Flexibility, adaptability and confident problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Procore, HammerTech and MS Office
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to continue learning and developing
