Marketing Assistant at INTREC

We’re looking for someone to coordinate internal and external marketing; social media posts, internal newsletters and events. Assist the submissions team with the production, coordination and submission of tenders, expression of interest, other proposals and general office management. Your role involves:

  • Writing content for social media posts, newsletters, website, and project updates
  • Assist in the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, and presentations
  • Assist in the bid content development
  • Assist in the proofing, editing and writing of documents prior to being submitted
  • Ensure a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness for written communications
  • Perform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems and procedures
  • Being a key member of our National Marketing and Submissions team
  • Manage internal and external events
  • General office management duties such as ordering stock, keeping communal areas clean and tidy, load dishwasher, etc.

The skills we need

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is highly desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and English spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
  • Direct and level headed to carry out tasks and ability to push for information
  • Proficiency using different social media platforms
  • Commitment to contributing to a high performance culture
  • Great time manager
