Site Manager at INTREC 

  • Take ownership of projects from site set-up to final handover and defect rectification
  • Ensure safety is front and centre – setting up sites to Workplace Health & Safety standards
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site employees for smooth, efficient delivery
  • Keep projects on time and within scope by working closely with Construction and Building Managers
  • Maintain accurate site records, daily reporting, and run effective toolbox talks
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

The skills we need

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects $10M and above
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
