Hear From Our Cadets

Richa Choudary
Victoria
My experience at INTREC has been incredibly rewarding. I have had the opportunity to learn and gain exposure to various stages of the construction process, from tender submissions and post-tender presentations through to supporting project teams during the delivery phase.
The role has provided a valuable learning experience, helping me understand everything from developing winning tender strategies and preparing project documentation to building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Every project and task has presented new opportunities to learn, expand my knowledge, and continue growing professionally.

Joshua Khodeir

The people at INTREC have played a significant role in supporting my learning and development. Everyone, both within and outside of my project team, is always willing to take the time to explain processes and provide guidance. This has helped me understand not only how tasks are completed, but also the reasoning behind them.
INTREC has also provided me with hands-on exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle, including site operations, WHS requirements, and contract administration. This practical experience has significantly enhanced my construction knowledge and professional development.
What sets INTREC apart is the opportunity to gain experience across all areas of construction while continuing to receive support and guidance in my chosen career path.
