Project/Program Manager at INTREC
- Visit multiple contracted sites across South/West Sydney to assess and diagnose building element failures, repairs and small works
- Create reports using provided iPad technology and custom apps
- Formulate simple “scope of works”
- Engage with a tight team of trades and professionals to price and schedule works
- Maintain client-side relationships across a broader range of industries
- Understand and maintain safety and compliance standards on all works
- Site Supervise trades on projects and ensure effective communication with clients
The skills we need
- A trade background would be highly advantageous
- Site Management or Estimating experience would be positive
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertise
- MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Enthusiasm, passion and a willingness to learn
- You must have a valid White Card
- Working at Heights/ Electrical Safety/ EWP skills are an added bonus
