Project Administrators at INTREC are responsible for:

  • Monitor project activities ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives
  • Acting as a liaison with subcontractors
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to align onsite activities and optimise project execution
  • Review tender submissions, construction drawings, and specifications to anticipate and address potential issues
  • Preparing site dilapidation reports
  • Maintaining an updated file of project drawings
  • Establish project infrastructure including offices, signage, safety measures, and amenities
  • Prepare comprehensive safety and environmental management plans tailored to each project’s requirements

The skills we need

  • Relevant Diploma level qualification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertise
  • MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
