Leading Hand at INTREC
As a Leading Hand you will be responsible for assisting with site management, coordinating on-site activities to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist with all aspects of site activity from establishment right through to defect rectification
- Undertake responsibility for onsite safety and establishing site in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Coordinate trades and assist with subcontractor inductions
- Open and close site as required
- Light labouring work from time to time
- Record daily site activities
The skills we need
- A trade background would be highly advantageous (electrical, carpentry, bricklaying)
- Prior experience working on commercial construction projects is desirable
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertise
- MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Enthusiasm, passion and a willingness to learn
- You must have a valid White Card
