Accounts Assistant at INTREC
 
We are currently looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to come on-board and provide support to our Accounts & Projects teams. Based out of our head office in Artarmon, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of tasks, including:

  • Invoicing
  • Purchase Orders
  • Assist with project close outs
  • Creating Subcontractor Agreements
  • Ad-hoc Accounts/ Administration duties
  • Assist project delivery team

The skills we need from you

  • Currently studying Accounting, Economics or similar (would be highly advantageous)
  • Proficient at using MS Office (Project, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Focused, enthusiastic, passionate and driven
  • Excited about learning and taking on new responsibilities
  • Able to demonstrate impressive communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be a self-starter
