INTREC have partnered with Mulpha International to deliver a new generation of Luxury Townhouses to the Norwest district, ‘Essentia’.
The new estate of medium density homes brings to the area a level of complexity, elegance, and innovation. Essentia aims to attract families who want a home that grows with them as their lives change.
Alongside key contractors Beyond Flooring, DE3, Quality, Hitek, Limcora and AEOS Electrical, the INTREC team have maintained continuity in building 15 architecturally unique homes over the past 20 weeks.
Providing a ‘point of difference’ is at the forefront of INTREC’s system-driven programme. The level of detail conceptualised by Mulpha has made for an interesting yet challenging project. Each house is completed systematically meaning that different trades are working on different aspects of the project simultaneously. From this process you can see a live timeline of the detail and quality of these homes.
Hitek have successfully engineered and installed an intricate metal framing for all 15 townhouses. Mulpha has chosen to use metal framing instead of traditional wood resources as it attests to be more time and space efficient.
Additionally, each home has a slightly different colour palette, which is achieved through the external cladding and rendering. Beyond Flooring have worked closely with DE3 to achieve a high-quality finish for Lot 8 through to Lot 16.
AEOES Electrical and Limcora Plumbing have worked tirelessly to ensure each home has had all services correctly roughed in. They have successfully completed all service rough-ins for Lot 5 through to Lot 16 and are preparing to complete Lot 4 through to Lot 2 in the coming weeks. Lots 16, 15 and 14 are nearing completion, with the plan to fit all wiring off for the in-house technology to be installed and programmed by mid September.
Essentia will be a cut above the rest, with each home having 12 solar panels and in-built smart living technology. The solar technology will make Essentia one of the first large-scale developments to have fully integrated solar and battery storage solutions for residents. This state-of-the-art technology has proven to create a healthier, more energy efficient and cost-reductive environmental solution.
