The BDA is the NSW Government agency responsible for the development of Barangaroo and management of its public spaces.

The Barangaroo Delivery Authority (BDA) Precinct Facilities Management Office project required the erection of temporary office accommodation at The Cutaway at Barangaroo Headland Park in order to facilitate the relocation of the permanent BDA offices. INTREC, together with Gray Puksand and Cushman and Wakefield, delivered and installed the ATCO sheds on the ground floor and mezzanine level in a manner which was on par with a regular office fitout. INTREC worked to an extremely strict schedule and completed all tasks in a timely manner, delivering the highest quality joinery, carpet flooring, painting, lighting fixtures and furniture. The critical task of working cooperatively to complete the external façade while simultaneously completing the decking, staircase and interior fit out is a credit to all parties involved and was a critical aspect of the projects successful delivery.
